Think of this chapter as a review chapter - looking back at all you have learned to date. The chapter is about the “Stakeholders” of a business - all of the different types of people who have an interest in the way a business is run.

Make sure you understand the concerns of each of the following stakeholder groups, and that you understand how changes in a business’s fortunes can affect a stakeholder group. Remember... attempt every task you come across!
