Page Navigation

The page navigation group helps you to know where you are within the e-unit and gives you information on useful places to visit next.

There are three groupings:

  • This Page:
where you are given all the pages that follow on from the current page - this will be information in greater detail. Choose one of these links to find out more.
  • Similar Pages:
where you are given all of the pages at the same level of complexity to your current page - this will be different information, but often will be associated in some way depending on far into the e-unit you’ve gone. Use these links to change topic and “skim” through the e-unit.
  • Previous Pages:
where you are given all of the pages above the current page you are looking at - this will be information which is more general. Use these pages to back track and cover earlier, more general concepts.

It will take some time for you to get used to using the page navigation group, but after this the group will become very useful to you. In general, when you first visit a page, work through a page then look at the links under the “This Page” heading: these links will show greater detail. To move between pages of similar detail, use the “Similar Pages” links. To get back to where you started, use the “Previous Pages” links.
